Tepro Smokers

The typical structure of Tepro smokers offers various options for preparing grilled food. Thus, they facilitate both direct and indirect grilling.

In the smaller combustion chamber smoke is generated which rises and reaches the cooking chamber, in which the food is located. The route that the smoke takes is influenced by the chimney vent in the cooking chamber. Food will be cooked gently at a low temperature of 80 to 130°C.
